Welcome to Parenting Growth ("App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and Parenting Growth ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"), governing your access to and use of the Parenting Growth platform and associated services.
By downloading, accessing, or using Parenting Growth, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Parenting Growth offers both free and premium features. Premium access is available via in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions.
All purchases are final. Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policies of the respective platform (App Store or Google Play).
You agree not to use Parenting Growth to:
We aim to keep the App accessible at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend or discontinue the App or certain features at any time without liability.

You may delete your account at any time via the app settings or by contacting us at support@supermintlabs.com.
Parenting Growth is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the App for your needs.
We do not guarantee the prevention of missed or failed reminders, and we are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from reliance on the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Parenting Growth shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, arising from your use or inability to use the App.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parenting Growth and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the App. Continued use after such changes indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Singapore.
